La Vina is a stunning villa situated in the highly sort after area of Port de Pollenca in the north of the island.
Set in 26'000 square metres of tranquil grounds including its own vineyard, fruit orchards and mediteranean gardens. A well maintained swimming pool overlooks the vineyard. La Vina comes with 4 luxurious bedrooms all with ensuites. 4 seperate terraces to enjoy the many different views. A large open plan kitchen that can accomodate many guests. The villa has underfloor heating throughout for those cooler months and air conditioning for the summer months. Heading downstairs in La Vina you will find a fully equipped, fully functional bar/party room, complete with american pool table, fussball, darts etc.
La Vina is now available for long term rentals and new to 2025 La Vina is now also hosting Golfing vacations, our team can arrange everything needed to enjoy many of the fantastic golf clubs available island wide!
